Quality little jack
Worked perfectly for me

Small size and light weight make these smooth acting jacks easy to use.
I use it to unstick double hung windows. My 20+ year old windows are sometimes hard to latch because the upper window has dropped down slightly. And because that part of the window seldom moves they are sometimes break free. Lifting by hand requires a lot of strength, using a hammer is awkward and and even using a wood block between the window frame and the hammer you risk damaging the window. I found the small hydraulic jack a great way to lift the upper window frame tight against the top, so the window could be latched closed.

Handy, easy to use.
It does what it was ordered for, too lift my trailer to change a tire. Handy and doesn't take up much room. Also less expensive than at my local hardware store.

Height extension screw won't screw out
the screw that extends height would not screw out. I got it to turn a little and then it would lock up. I was going to return it so I thought I can't really mess it up more than it already is so I put pieces of plywood in the jaws of a vice to hold main shaft. Then I got a pipe wrench and started turning it slowly but surely. About halfway out there was a piece of metal in the threads. Got a pick and pulled metal out. Now it works fine. Quality control should keep an eye out for metal getting in threads

Defo a budget bottle jack - unfortunately quality is lacking
Wow this bottle jack was definitely cheap. Torin big red is not some unknown brand either and I have their 6 ton jack stands as well. However the quality of this bottle jack is much worse than I expected. I usually don't leave reviews (sorry y'all) but I have to warn you that the weld on the jack is so bad that I don't feel safe even if I were just using this to jack my compact SUV (only 2 tons) up to put on jack stands. The paint on the ram and body is chipped/scraped so idk if this was used before, though bought as new from amazon. The ram/rod is also slanted when jacking the car up. Not that it was curving, but there's defo an obvious angle to it. In terms of price: 5 stars at $20ish, ease of use: 5 stars as it's portable, stability & overall rating unfortunately: 1 star. As much as I love a good deal I just don't feel safe enough with this jack but hey maybe you'll get a better qc'd one than I did who knows.

Small but adequate
These are really light weigh for 4 ton jacks. Very disappointing. They work for my intended project. But much smaller than the 4-ton jacks I already own.
