Easy to clean
We had the double pastry cutter and it was just too hard to clean, it was horrible. This single cutter is way better. Although it could be a little sturdier. It's just a little loose & flimsy but works well enough. And it's a breeze to clean.

Excellent Product
We make (family tradition) a Danish cookie called Klejner. It can "only" be made with a cutter like this. We passed the recipe and new "Ravioli" cutters to our sons and their families this year.
