Pure, great quality
Pure and simple. I love that this just has two ingredients: ume and salt. It's got a clean, strong, perfect flavor.

Quick way to enjoy pickled plums without the seed. Great on fresh hot rice. I also like putting a couple of drops into my green tea.

Umeboshi are known for natural gut balance. Thus product is natural.. just Shiso/ Perilla leaves and salt. Perfect.Easy squeeze bag.

Do not recommend. Just taste the salt and minimal taste from the plums. better off getting the pitted umeboshi.
