I have lactose intolerance, and this product has helped me immensely because I take it on an empty stomach in the morning before eating. It hasn't caused any bloating; on the contrary, it has been very beneficial. I started to feel better in my digestive system within the first two days, and then this effect began to fade. Now I consider it essential because it improves digestion, reduces bloating, and alleviates cravings by supporting metabolism. I will buy more and recommend it to anyone with digestive issues other than IBS. Those with IBS are advised not to take it until a month after finishing their treatment to allow the good bacteria to rebuild their gut lining.

Dès la première utilisation j'ai commencé à sentir un effet . Suite à des problèmes intestinaux j'ai commencé à prendre ces gummies. Apres la cure tout est revenu à la normale, je me sent dégonflé et le transit est nikel.
