It's not a perfect fit but it did wrap around my ankle and upper foot area.It didn't stay cold for too long but that's ok. It did help bring down the inflammation on my foot.

I would give this 3.5 stars if I could. It's a decent ice pack, but has some flaws. A few improvements would make it a lot easier to use.My main gripe is that if you leave it in the freezer for more than a day the gel beads and the fluid (water? something else?) freeze rock solid. This defeats the whole point of a gel bead ice pack. I have other gel bead packs that stay jelly-like for several days in the freezer. Then, to make it flexible enough to wrap around your ankle you have to crunch up the ice to separate the beads, and that eventually damages the seal around the edge. Mine developed a leak after about 2 months of semi-regular use on a slow-healing sprain, and now it leaves a trail of gel beads behind.The elastic band is also way too long. I'm a size 7.5 women's shoe and I have to wrap the elastic all the way around BOTH my ankle AND my foot to take up the slack. I would seriously have to take off like a foot of elastic to fasten it like the picture. It is nice soft elastic though, so that's good.The fuzzy liner on the inside is nice. Having one side lined provides flexibility for your icing preference. I typically ice while wearing a sock and in that case the liner actually provides too much insulation, so I flip the pack around and apply it plastic side down. If I didn't wear a sock the liner would probably be about right.Designing the shape to wrap around the ankle is clever and I think overall is a good move. Though I do wish the pack had a bigger compartment in the middle for icing the top of the ankle. I mostly feel the cold working on the sides of my ankle and I need a bit more cold on the top. So for me sometimes it's just easier to stick a little square ice pack inside of my unlaced shoe.On the whole I'm glad I got it and I like that it velcroes in place so it stays in place while I shift around on the couch, but they need to put some alcohol or something in it so that it stays squishy. That would make it easier to use and protect against early breakage.

Super easy, super cold, still soft & flexible.I have a flocked or fleece-backed (whatever) soft gel pack that is just a rectangle shape and it doesn’t stay as cold as this one. This one really gives me pain relief, because it stays cold long enough to bring the swelling down. The other one I was using would become room temperature too soon so it wasn’t being effective.

This product did not stay cold long enough so it did not work. It was placed in freezer overnight and would only stay cold for about 5 minutes when placed on the ankle. It also wasn’t big enough to cover the ankle comfortably. I would not recommend this product.

Great straps and comfort side to keep raw ice off skin. This eliminated the need for a cloth or towel. Main issue is that the packs are made of flexible gel pods that do not retain their chill long enough, and take too long to reach fully frozen status. I have not yet tried the warming feature. Might be best if they sold two products that were great at cold or hot. Not so-so at both. Note, these were purchased for swelling ankles from pregnancy.

This product is amazing. I have had 2 major surgeries to my foot and this cold pack fits perfectly and gives secure pressure to the places needed. This is comfortable and instrumental in my recovery. I tried to email the company directly but my emails didn't go through. If you have pain in the top of your foot or ankle, this is super helpful. The support and design are genius. Thank you!

This product is not user friendly. And does not retain the cold for long. It’s extremely difficult to get it on yourself especially if you are in pain with a sprained ankle. The Velcro on the band does not attach to the band easily I find myself struggling to get it to stay on while I am in pain trying to get some relief. Although I feel as if the design and idea is great. The execution could really use some work. It does not stay cold for very long. Maybe 30 minutes. So I have to hobble to the freezer to keep putting it in and taking it out. The only upside is that it’s not uncomfortably cold to use. I have had this for a few months and used it a few times but i still have had to go and use a traditional ice pack

Great stuff! Excellent condition and it comes with a re-sealable bag for easier storage. The soft fabric side feels great on skin so I don’t need to wrap a towel first and the straps made it easy to adjust from ankle to elbow or wrist. I have used it for treating my ankle sprains in the past week, It gets cold quickly and did a good job. Nicely made.

The design is excellent, as is the comfort level. But both sides are not filled equally. I wanted this for my right ankle. Sadly, that is the side that was not well filled with gel beads. And the cold doesn't last very long. I wouldn't buy another one.

Bought this for my ankle after I recovered from breaking it. It swells up easy with walking so I need to ice it daily. This is a great pack for it! The only issue is it doesnt stay cold very long, maybe 5-10 minutes at most. It does freeze rather quickly though. It's a step up from the ice packs I was putting on either side of my ankle and anchoring together with a belt that's for sure lol.

Don’t often leave reviews, but felt I had to on this. After recently having an operation on my foot, I wanted an ice pack that I could secure around it, that would hopefully help with the swelling. I popped it in the freezer for two hours, whilst it wasn’t frozen, it was definitely ice cold. It’s a bit fiddly in the first instance to secure, but I quickly worked out the best way. I left the pack on for a good 20 minutes. As other reviewers have mentioned the pack doesn’t stay frozen, but in my opinion I don’t think it needs to, the little beads inside we’re still really cold. Too early to say if it’s helped with the swelling, but keeping my fingers crossed!!

Doesn't stay cold enough for long enough

It looks good, fits well, is extremely comfortable to wear but I’m slightly underwhelmed. If anything the fur lining which makes it so comfortable limits the benefit of the ice pack. I get an initial hit but unfortunately it only lasts about 10 minutes. I want to reverse it to feel the benefits longer. Maybe I’m using it incorrectly. Only used as ice pack so can’t comment on heat treatment.
