Absolutely delicious! These are fresh and good quality. The flavor is perfect and they are not burnt tasting. I put them in my ice cream, salads or just eat them straight out of bag. Bag is resealable which helps keep them fresh.

I love these for the healthy omegas, and the price is good. You can sprinkle them on just about anything for some taste and crunchy texture, and a little goes a long way. Note that omegas naturally thin the blood, so I only consume about a teaspoon or less a day due to my bruising issues. It shouldn't be a problem for the majority of people, though.

I bought these as a low carb snack. These pumpkin seed are fresh, tasty, and filling. The expiration date is 7/30/25 so have a good shelf life. Serving size is 1/4 cup which is more than other brands. I'm not an expert but looking at the label, I'd say they are a healthy snack food. Good nutrient content and only 115 mg sodium...They could also be mixed together with other ingredients of your liking to make your own hearty trail mix (such as dried fruit, yogurt or dark chocolate chips, coconut chips, etc).I recommend trying this brand, Good Sense Organic, pumpkin seeds (pepitas) and sharing a pack this autumn with a friend or two. There are 6 servings per bag.My order was packed well with other items and was delivered to my doorstep quickly. Kudos!!

I bought this and another brand of organic pumpkin seeds to compare. This one was significantly tastier with the same general nutritional profile. And then I checked the ingredients. This is roasted in sunflower oil. The other isn't. Probably has more salt too. So, if you don't mind added fat and salt, this is the one to go with. It's nutritious anyway, right? It's not potato chips.

I've been eating pumpkin seeds my entire life, some good, some bad. A few years ago tried a brand which, though good, I bought only because of the price. Then I tried this brand, and I'll never go back. These are the most delicious pumpkin seeds I've had in my 78+ years of being able to chew on them as a child. They have the perfect, and I mean perfect, blend of saltiness and roasting that I never knew existed. Can't wait to finish this comment so I can grab another bunch!! Thanks for a superb product.

These are just OK pumpkin seeds. While the salt level is perfect, they are a bit over-roasted. There were also a lot of broken pieces in the bag, with a good amount of "dust" (very fine broken pieces) at the bottom of the bag.The flavor was also just OK -- due to the over roasting they had little fresh flavor to them compared with other brands I've had, and there is an oily taste due to the addition of sunflower oil.I'll finish the bag, but don't think I would get these again. 3 stars (average)
