Yes these will definitely do the job!

Would these work well for disinfectant inside car?

It's not a disinfectant, it cleans well greasy spots, oven top, tools, it has an abrasive texture for hard to remove spots, I don't know about cleaning a whole car interior, it's a different smell and not a germ disinfectant, I don't think.

will this remove sunblock stain on black leather seats?

I doubt it. To be honest the label is a bit misleading. These are more hand cleaner wipes than interior wipes. They pretty abrasive, which is great for cleaning hands but not for cleaning upholstery. So my answer is no. I can not recommend these for that application.
