Mindset, Model and Marketing!: The Proven Strategies to Transform and Grow Your Real Estate Business

First, let me say that I like Tom Ferry and his youtube videos. The reason I gave this book a 3 is that it can really be summed up in a few words; Make your calls, Define your USPs, and Get Appointments. There are solid concepts in the book that end up either halfway or poorly developed. Also, not much new in the book versus other Sales books. It needs more content that builds upon the big ideas in the book.

As someone bringing a lifetime of old school service and technically oriented experience into becoming a top Realtor, I can't wait to get deeper and deeper into this book. Warning: if you "dog ear" pages you want to return to it would be much more effective to dog ear the pages you do not need seeing again and again because you will have very few dog eared pages when you finish. Thisis more of an inspirational how to book that will be a great resource, its like a cook book of your favorite recipes. If you like meat, then this is the book for you (I like meat). If you like fluff and want to be the emperor with his or her new clothes on and want people to tell you how wounderful and complete you are as you sit right now this is not your book. I simply love the straightforwardness, insightfulness, guidance and direction I receive from Tom Ferry and his well trained coaches. I am very value based and this is a high value. Thanks Tom for providing this format for me. Can't wait to finish it In the next few days.

Having been in the Caribbean Real Estate Business since 1983 - I've seen alot of changes to say the least!!! With my husband passing away, I needed time to get settled back into who I am as a single so my real estate business suffered - yes, suffered!! Now I've come out of the widow cloud and starting from the ground up in rebuilding my company on St Thomas US Virgin Islands.... I've been listening to Tom's videos as they popped up on my email - and finally, I took the jump and got my buns into a coaching program in the Ferry System.... Now after attending my first "Tom Ferry Event" in Las Vegas ... I pumped, excited and ready to put the tread on the road.... And then I purchased books at the Event... I devoured them on the plane even missed the meal in business class! This present book "Mindset, Model and Marketing" put it all into perspective of the meat and tools that I need to take that one step forward then keep on going adding tools and systems as I build!! I keep rereading and glancing thru the book to remind me of what Tom said about certain subjects - all on a very positive and readable, digestible level --- that's why I've gotten the Kindle Book as I walk with either my ipad or my Mac 24/7!! .... and can refer back to the book when even a thought tracks thru this thick old brain!!!~ Love it all and even more so now that I can inspire myself with reading a bit when I need a lift or to remember "that idea" or system....Thanks for putting this all together for US out in the field!!Jeyan StoutFrom one of your new "Older Students!!" learning the an entire new real estate system....

Tom Ferry can do what many people can't....he can motivate and light a fire under your butt! I feel like the possibilities are endless...anything is achievable after watching an episode of his YouTube show, going to one of his events, or reading one of his books. This book does not disappoint. Here's the plain truth: you don't have to be a real estate agent for any of his systems/mindset to apply to you. Simply remove agent and replace with your career title. I am a real estate agent but I tell friends in different fields all the time to watch his show when they are having a rough go of things in their career. This book doesn't disappoint. It's an easy read, it's just a matter of you taking that initial step to be extraordinary. I recommend this book for anyone. I bought the actual book and the kindle version because it is that valuable to me and I plan to use it as a reference in the future as needed. #TFSBook #unstoppable

The structure of the book is phenominal. The chapters aren't too long and it makes for a quick read. Reminds me of ninja selling, just in a different way. The fact that Tom took time to work on YOU the reader first and then jump into the coaching is sick. I've got some new things to try for sure. Disclaimer this book won't solve your problems, that's something that you will need to do with hard work.

My exposure to Tom Ferry's content only came a few weeks prior to the 2017 Success Summit in Las Vegas at the suggestion of my designated broker. All of the content I consume via YouTube, pod casts, social media, and books I have found to be a great tool in helping me formulate a plan for how I would ideally like my business to run and how I would like to conduct myself as a professional. Having a version of Tom's book with me at all times allows me to dive in and learn something new or simply rebuff on something I may need to focus on more or expand on in more detail and for .99 cents, you simply can not beat that price since the value of the content contains unlimited value. I have had my license only for a short while now and my first year in the business has been done only part-time, but as I navigate and fine my way to full-time status I will continue to lean on this book as well as other content from Tom Ferry in efforts to reach my business goal(s) #TFSBook

I actually bought this book twice, to make sure I had a copy at the office and at home. Tom's vision, to help others...Me...really shows through as you read any of his material. I am so grateful to Tom Ferry and his coaching staff for helping me reach the next level. And they did it by helping me become a better me. Not making me feel good or ok about being a failure...but instead, helping me understand and analyze my mindset, to set a plan, a goal, a vision for myself and my future. If you want to move forward in Real Estate, or any business or just in life itself, I highly recommend this book (and all of the Tom Ferry material). #TomFerry Show. #TFSBook

Tom Ferry has done it again! He has put together these proven successs strategies in an easy to read book. If you have been following Tom Ferry you know he tells it as it is and tells you what you need to know. Love how this books starts off with Mindset. Mindset is the most important factor in being successful in any part of your life, including real estate. If you want to grow and reach your goals you need to start with changing your thoughts. From there why don't you just follow the models and strategies that work that Tom has accumulated from successful agents from around the world. This book is a great resource to get you started in real estate or to take you to the next level.Enjoy the read and don't look back!!!!!!!

Not very well written. This book does not reflect its title. Most pages are full of wasted white space , I guess to appear full of information. Being an Agent for 10 years, I found it boring.

Tom Ferry did a good job writing the book in simple small chapters and it was straight to the point where you can chose the chapter you want to learn from.

Excellent Book to read. Great Book for new Real Estate Agents joining the business! It goes in-depth on how you should train yourself and prepare for success! Would Definitely recommend!
