Colavita is one of the best-tasting pasta I have ever eaten. The bronze cut dies used to make the pasta hold sauces much better than Teflon dies usually used in cheaper products. Yes, the price is high. But if you love good-tasting pasta, Colavita is top shelf.

Wife has developed food allergies to dyes and chemicals so I started to look for products she could have. We should have done a YouTube but tested different pastas against this one. What we found out was many off the shelf pastas have dyes or bleaches in their products. In Europe there are many restrictions on additives so we are shopping imported products-cheaper which are cheaper than a doctors bill and are better for you.This product is clean, nutty, full flavored, good texture like a remember as a kid. We are also buying canned tomato products from Italy: thick, great flavor, rich, robust color, no additives. Two bucks more a can? So what! The old school!Make a pasta salad and enjoy

Better than the type you find in the grocery. It says may contain soy. I was hoping ,since they were from another country,they did not contain soy, but it seems a trace.
