I legit couldn’t poop for 3 weeks. Started taking probiotics. And it still didn’t work.. I heard about larch trees on a podcast about eczema and I started taking these. It’s only been a week but I’ve been using the bathroom 2 or 3 times a week. Def helps with digestion. Change your diet tho! Maybe your system can’t handle gluten or dairy. I think this feeds your probiotic so def take one in combination

I tried this two years ago and didn't get sick for about 2 years- I wish I had stayed on it- after the respatory plague that went around I battled bronchitis for two months- 3 rounds of anti biotics- THIS is the ONLY thing that got me better. It is food for the good bacteria in your body- thus multiplying your immune forces. Take with probiotics and you'll be better in no time.

After research, I decided to purchase this product as part of a natural treatment for my UC. I have seen a vast improvement in my symptoms since I starting taking this just a few weeks ago and feel I am well on my way to remission! I will not be without this product!

Best product for anything involving the lungs...will keep lungs strong, and if your are very sick with Flu, Bronchial stuff, even Pneumonia...3 to 4 times a day...will kick the infection right out...if you have pneumonia, though, please go to hospital...i am not a doctor, just someone who has seen this work miracles...

I've been working on getting rid of SIBO. My naturapathic doctor said I could not consider myself cured until I had normal stools. Adding in Arabinogalactan seems to be making a difference. I will likely keep using it even after completing treatment.
