Defected item
I received the item on 10/23/22 evening. On 10/24/22 morning, I tried to do setup, which was a Total failure. On the same day took the MacBook to the Apple store and was informed that the keyboard was defective. My only choice was to return the item. Spending the money to replace the keyboard was not a very good choice.

Defective Buttons
This is the second laptop I’ve bought from this seller in under a month. Had to return the first one because of damage on the screen. Bought this one after I returned the first and multiple keys were defective. I couldn’t even enter my Wi-Fi password correctly. I understand these are refurbished models but to classify them as “excellent condition” is an overstatement to say the least. All I want is a laptop that doesn’t have glaring issues within the first minute of me taking it out of the box.
