Good for practice
They are good for practise, however please dont use a decent bat, these will crack and break it. The balls are like a rock.

Last through 20-25 over matches easily and has an amazing seam and texture with an excellent feel while bowling.

The ball is good for nets. It didn't lose shape, but the outside coating chipped off and had discoloration in indoor nets (mat on cement). Lasted a lot more on outdoor nets. Decent swing for continuous 20 mins of bowling. Will I get it again? - yes, but only for practice.
