Perfect flour for making pasta
A great flour. Although I have never seen any bugs in the flour I put it in the freezer for a few days before using it. This flour performs very well for making fresh pasta. I buy it over and over again.

This is a finer grind than other semolina flours I've used. I prefer it for pasta...gives a smoother finish.

Exactly what you'd expect.
Good quality. Consistency/texture was finer than I expected. That isn't a bad thing for making pasta but I use the flour as a dusting base for stretching out pizza dough. Good value for the money. no bugs in the bags.
