The media could not be loaded.  I was super cautious when picking out chenille type yarn to buy since I've heard that the shedding is an absolute nightmare, especially when you cut it or are frogging. However, I was presently surprised to see that this yarn doesn't shed almost at all, aside from a little bit of fuzz coming off of cut ends. Even when I had to frog it a bunch of times due to failed magic circles and practicing working with it, it didn't shed! It's also surprisingly sturdy, since I pulled on it pretty hard while struggling with the aforementioned magic circles and it took a good amount of strength to snap it.I wouldn't recommend this yarn for beginners since it's harder to see the stitches through the fuzz and there's a bit of a learning curve, especially with magic circles. I'd definitely recommend practicing with it first before you jump right into your project to make your work easier and more consistent as well as find the hook size that's most comfortable to work with. Would also highly recommend stitch markers especially if you lose count easily like me. But because it's so soft and fluffy, it hides gaps super well and leaves you with a good looking and very soft finished piece. I'm currently working on a Terriermon amigurumi and I already love how it's turning out.I was also very pleased with the price for the amount of material you get. While I was looking for yarn like this, there was a lot of pricier options. I like the variety of colors between this baby blanket yarn and their other blanket yarns, since I try to use the same brand and material yarn for projects to keep them consistent.I will definitely continue to use this in the future and recommend to anyone wanting a good soft and chunky yarn for a great price!

I took up crocheting in June of 2023, I found blankets where my calling in creativity. I have tried out a few different brands, but I always end up coming back to yarnspirations Bernat Baby. It works well with itself in different colors unlike a few different brands I have tried. Crocheting can get to be an expensive hobby, but this is my favorite yarn for the most affordable pricing

I made a blanket out of this for my first ever crochet project, and shockingly actually finished it. I did have to get other yarn to practice as I struggled with seeing the stiches because it is so fluffy (Which I love now that its done)

We knit hats and scarves to be distributed to homeless people, and this yard made up into soft, comfortable, washable caps. It's fairly easy to work, and made attractive items.

I really like Bernat yarn. I ordered baby sand. It looks more like grey. Just a heads up if you are looking for something more on the brown/tan side.
