It works
This stuff actually works. You do not need to take it every day. You do not need to use an entire tablet. I've been using this for a week now. The first two days I used a full tablet. I skipped the third day to see if it continued to work without using more. It did. So I moved to using a half tablet every other day. That seems to maintain it's effectiveness. There appear to be some mild side effects. For the first 4-5 days I had some throat irritation (like the beginning of a sore throat) which has since dissipated. Then there is the toxic gas.... I also noticed some constipation. Fair trade to kill the death breath. This stuff also dramatically reduces morning breath. Overall I'm happy with this stuff and I will buy more. My only real complaint is the price. It's pretty expensive for the quantity, but if you move to half tablets and it still works, that makes the price more palatable.

Works early on for cold bug
I have had these on the shelf for a long time but was just around a friend who has been sick for weeks. We thought she wasn’t contagious but she must have been. 14 hours later I came down with a fever and could feel my throat and chest seizing up. I took two tablets twice a day and by the third day it was completely GONE. I am usually down for weeks with a bad cold when it comes on. These will always be in my house and in my travel bag!
