Overall quality of the mugs is good. The etching, well I wish it was a little bigger so it was easier to read, but definitely giftable regardless. However, the customer service was phenomenal! I emailed the company with a special request and was met with an immediate response and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend them on that principle alone, and is why they are receiving this 5 star review!

Love these! Reasonable and well made including dishwasher safe. Came fast and they are really nice. Will get another set and will be my go to gift. I am the first to complain when appropriate and try to acknowledge quality. These are a great gift, even to yourself
