Well, usually, I do not give a review this early. I just received the pure brand Magnesium glycinate 120mg three days ago and I’m truly already feeling the difference. I originally got this product because I was getting a lot of muscle cramps when getting in and out of my delivery truck and getting severe charlie horses and muscle spasms in my legs. I’m on my feet and very active throughout the day. with that being said with in just two days my muscles started to recover quicker, and the Charlie horses and the muscle spasms have stoped I’m also finding that I’m getting better sleep as well. Now I have tried all kinds of magnesium supplements throughout my lifetime and this by far is the most impressive one I have taken and its easy on the stomach and it’s not overly expensive, which is a nice perk to. I would highly recommend this product.

I've purchased this magnesium several times and take it regularly at night. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't experienced any stomach discomfort from them. I was having trouble staying asleep. I.could fall asleep then wake up and not be able to go back to sleep. I read the reviews and wanted to give it a try. I tried one capsule around an hour before bed, but didn't feel any different. I tried 2 capsules the following week and sleep through the night. Everyone is different so you may have to see what works for you. Pure encapsulation is a wonderful brand. There isn't any bad ingredients added.

I read about magnesium and decided to give it a shot so I ordered this product. My first bottle was ordered several months ago and I refuse to go without. Within a month of taking this product nightly, I could tell a major difference in my ability to fall asleep and with my level of anxiety. I now have the ability to fall asleep within 20 minutes of lying down which is amazing. I also chalk up being able to better handle my anxiety to this. Of course, I still have anxiety but it doesn’t get to a point that it’s consuming. As long as the quality of this product never decreases, I’ll likely have a lifetime subscription. A MUST!

These are by far the best Magnesium Glycinate pills I could find, no microcrystalline cellulose, so they don't affect my digestive system,high dose (120 mg elemental magnessium), very effective for sleep, but unfortunately the capsules are almost too large to swallow.

This was a game changer. Not only is it clean ingredients its pure as in the name. I had trouble sleeping because of perimenopause and this helps my mood and sleep. The headaches have gone down from everyday to just around the luteal mildly. And the period cramps have gone down too. This improved my quality of life.

I’ve taken magnesium on and off for years and never noticed much of a difference. I even tried the Amazon Dr. brand, and while my husband noticed, it didn’t do much for me. Great magnesium — finally something that actually works I’ve been taking this magnesium every night, and I’m honestly impressed. The capsule is quite large, but soft and very easy to swallow — no discomfort at all.
