EBLAA AAA Battery Charger, 8-Bay Individual Charger for NiMH NiCD Rechargeable Batteries with AC Plug Fast Charging

I used it a couple times and it was working great until one of the metal plate that holds one slot of the aaa size snapped. It still works but it’s a sore for my eyes every time i need to leave that slot empty. It cannot be opened because the case is glued… so I can’t access the inside to change it or even get a rid of the tiny piece that now makes a noise inside.UPDATE Jun27thAfter contacting the seller, they sent a replacement even after my warranty expired. I think it was pretty sweet from them for being understanding and stand by the quality that they want to set as their standard!I am not an avid user to is recharging batteries every day or even week, although I always try to have all my devices with rechargeable batteries. I will provide a third update if something goes south again, hopefully not because I really like it.So this time I'm giving a review of the positive side.This was one most competitive prices with a lot of slots to charge multiple batteries at a time. What I think it is really convenient is the fact that it will pop a red light above the slot while charging and it will turn green when it gets fully charged, often times I put different batteries and they will charge in different times and you can take off the ones ready prior to the others that require more time.

It works great! I like that you can charge whatever number of batteries you have (no need to do in pairs), and that it fits both AA and AAA. The individual indicator lights are also really helpful. I had a couple that started flashing immediately, telling me that those batteries had outlived their recharge-ability and needed to be tossed.

Purchased to replace older version I've had for 7-8 years. So far works well. Many of the batteries I purchased at the time still work. However they do not work with the power gauge on this model. They still charge you just don't get the red/green indicator. The newer batteries work fine.I also have a solar generator from ebl and everything I've purchased from them worked out well. Got my money's worth every time

This battery charger is solidly built; I really like the regular 120v power cord. All Batteries charge independently and all charge pretty evenly. But the one thing I didn't like is this model lacks a proper simple "low battery voltage" recovery function. If the kids drain batteries slightly to low in voltage this charger don't seem to want to charge them until I first place them into another similar costing charger for like 1 minute than swap them back to this charger "even if the batteries are new". Not having proper simple "low battery voltage" recovery function makes me give 4 stars.

rechargeable aa and aaa batteries are mainstay's of solar powered lights for walks etc. unfortunately repeated trickled solar charging reduces battery life and occasionally they need to be fully charged to improve life.I was using a two battery wall mount and it was time consuming and not very accurate.The EBL unit uses AC power. handles eight batteries either size , mixed and individual charging and finished charging lights. nice design, worked out of box. may try it out on larger capacity cells and install in remotes.

Easy to use. This charger fits both AA and AAA batteries. LED's light up red when the battery is charging and turn green when it's done. Charges 8 batteries at a time. Works as advertised.

A nice product for its price. I have a lot of LED lights that require batteries, and I was struggling to find a charger in retail that had more than 4 slots. This one suits my needs perfectly. The individual LEDs is a handy feature, and they work. The charging time is a bit longer to charge each battery than my old 4 slot charger. This almost made me consider taking of 1 star, but heck. The life of the charged batteries the same as before so I'm ok with it. Also I've detected no overheating after the batteries have charged up. The batteries stay nice and cool.

Makes a high pitched noise while charging so we leave it in the kitchen at night. Mine lasted just shy of 3 years before it died and blinked red and green alternating and wouldn’t charge anymore.
