The sofa came in one large box that is super heavy. The delivery guys placed the box inside my garage for me and I was able to unbox and take the backs into the house first followed by the lower half of the sofa. I was able to move it all by myself and get it through a 34" door opening. It is very heavy but it's definitely manageable.The color is slightly darker than I imagined based on the pictures but I'm not disappointed. It still looks great but if you're dead set on a light brown, this is not what I would call light brown. The setup is simple with no hardware or tools. Just a couple tabs that slide into brackets. Took me all of 5 min to get all the backs on and cords connected.The sofa itself is super comfortable to me. Foot rest is a tad short but not enough to make me dislike it. All in all, I would buy it again. At the price it definitely met my expectations.

UPDATE:We've had this chair approx 3 mons now the only thing I can say about it is I WISHED I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THIS YEARS AGO!! THE MOST COMFORTABLE PIECE OF FURNITURE IN OUR ENTIRE HOME, TAKING NAPS, NO SORE NECK OR HIPS... WIFE's LONG LEGS NO MORE FALLING ASLEEP [NUMBING] ... I WISHED THE CONTROLLS HAD A MEMORY TO THEM... NO COMPLAINTS FROM US!!Just got it-can't wait to plug it all in, and use it. It came a week earlier than planned. Meaning, 10x14 area rug coming Monday, and now I'm gonna need to get help to carry it onto the rug [I guess that is a GOOD complaint] ... waiting for the Misses to help plugging it in....So far it looks and feels awesome, plus it doesn't "sink in" when I sit on it....UPDATE 4/15/25:WOWZIERS.... this MUSt be the best recliner ever built/made!!!! Me: 5'8" 200lbs [used to be 432lbs] fits in this, plenty of room, neck support, etcThe Misses: 5'10" & 36 inch legs.... this is why I bought this because of her LONG LEGGS... always hanging over the foot rest [plus me a little] legs tuning numb... totally uncomfortable!This has the leg extension [it moves out as you recline back [about 6 inches] & goes pretty flat! This with the headrest that is powered up [not a mechanical adjuster] and tucks under your head, makes watching TV nice or just sitting there.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO HAS LONG LEGS, OR SHORT LIKE ME & THEY HANG OFF THE EDGE...watch the two videos, which helped me settle on these.... We have a Husky, and he'll join us up here now..

We really like our couch. Delivery was okay. They were very rushed to plop this giant box in our tiny livingroom and leave. Getting it out of the box and putting it together was a bit of a challenge. My husband and I were a bit confused with the wires and getting it connected to plug into our outlet, but we did it. Once it was put together (attaching the back cushions to the frame) and we plugged it in, we really enjoyed it. The tan and brown color is perfect for our livingroom (we have lots of wood furniture). We appreciate the built-in phone chargers in the arms with the USB plugs. The ability to raise up the headrest is great. We really love the smoothness of the reclining feature. The material cleans up well. However, the couch itself is a bit hard. This provides pretty good back support. It's just not soft and cushy. My husband and I both have soft blankets draped on our back or seat areas to warm it up and make it more cushy. The drop-down cup holders are nice, although they're on the wrong side for where my husband and I sit on the couch. This is not the fault of the couch. I'm a lefty and the holder is on my right, and my husband is right-handed and the holder is on his left. Overall though, this is a very nice couch, and the price on Amazon was the absolute BEST I could find, especially during the Black Friday sales.

Product is of good quality and has lasted for several years of use with showing no wear on it.Would highly recommend this furniture.Very easy to assemble.

Firstly, I love the couch. It has lots of storage and cupholders unless you want to fit a 3rd person. But let's be honest, you're buying this couch for 1-2 people to sit in it. It reclines pretty far back and the adjustable headrest allows you to really get comfortable. I don't plan on using the lights under the headrest so much but I like that it has 2 outlets and USBs.Now, into the bad. The shipper gave me the biggest headache. When you buy the product, you set up a time for them to deliver inside the house. I had set it for the afternoon. They call me THE DAY BEFORE that they are coming in the morning and I had no say in it. Then, the driver explained to me that the app they have is supposed to automatically call me when they are 30 minutes away. I never got to call, so I didn't get a chance to leave work 15 minutes away to open the door for them. For almost 4 hours I had no idea what was going on until the driver finally called me. He explained everything and came back after his last delivery and did sit the couch inside. Do NOT expect them to unbox and set it up for you which I had a feeling they wouldn't. I spent the whole day at work stressed out because of XPO's messy system. I'm only leaving a 1 star review in hopes the seller will set things straight for future customers.
