First day bought it for my home gym. Easy to assemble the manual is online by scanning QR code. Sturdy and adjustable height perfect I’m 5’0 and my kid is 5’9. Easy to use and do different work outs. Not too big and doesn’t take up much space. Easy to relocate and folds.

Got this today and assembled it no problem. I have another product from Sunny and they’re good quality, sturdy long lasting equipment at a good price. I also like that it folds down. I’m writing a review early because there are a couple things I want to help others be aware of. I’m 5’5 1/2” and have a longer torso, my legs are on the shorter side. I have the pad on the lowest setting and it’s too tall for me. If I take out the pin and lower the pad all the way down then it fits correctly—foot platforms would be more helpful. I don’t want to create more back issues when I’m trying to improve back issues because it’s too tall for me. Not the fault of the machine just my proportions. I’m debating sending it back because of that. So if you have shorter legs like me, maybe shop around, this may not be the machine for you. Just an FYI from my toes to the bottom of my pelvis is 30”. If I take out the pin I can shorten the top of the pad to about 33”. So it works if I tip toe. I never realized my legs were quite that short lol. Update:this issue has been corrected with correspondence with the company. They helped me correct the issue. The other issue is the handle bars are not welded correctly. They’re supposed to stick out so you can do elevated push up type exercises, but as you can see in the picture the handle bars are straight up.. Overall, it’s good quality exercise equipment I would buy from Sunny again.

I, along with much of the world, suffer from back problems that are, I believe, largely a result of sitting 90% of my waking hours. This isn't a magical cure, but this is one step in the right direction. Of course, back extensions are no new discovery, but the fact that you can have one in your home for less than $100 is pretty awesome. The equipment is perfectly sturdy for me as a 6'-1", 180 lb male. It's certainly not as sturdy as a bigger, bulkier model you would find in a gym, but I actually prefer this to the back extension at my local gym because of the thinner pad which lets me bend at the hip better. The one at the gym has an enormous pad that prevents me from hinging over the way I would like. I've had it for 2.5 years now and it's doing just fine. I use it off and on and it doesn't seem any looser than what I remember out of the box or damaged in any way. Just for context, my 5 star rating is based on the quality of the product for the price that was paid. Yes you can get better back extension machines, but for $75, I'm more than pleased.

Works great for back extension. It's just okay for dips because the grips are thin and really dig into your hands; thicker grips with some padding would be nice. Doesn't feel as stable as I'd like when using it for dips. It collapses down nicely and the wheels are really helpful for moving it around.

Easy enough to put together and very functional, sturdy enough as well. A little…uncomfortable in the downstairs for men, though. Good adjustability for the angle and length. I’m 6’ 185 pounds

I’ve always, ALWAYS had a great experience with Sunny products. That’s the reason I purchased this on 2/25/23. The assembly wasn’t difficult, everything came in the package and I didn’t have to contact anyone, as per usual. It’s lightweight (which may not be the best thing, I later learned) and easy to store. My main use for this item was for hyperextension of my back... forget using it for dips as it’s not well-balanced and flimsy. I get a great workout with the hyperextensions, which I do twice a week… only. Previously, my only gripe with this machine was the pads at the topmost portion. They would make for a discomforting experience for the male reproductive organs even at the highest setting. I did find a way around that, so no complaints. Also, I’m 6’6”, roughly 200 pounds; the dip portion is a gimmick. What I DO find inexcusable is the poor build quality. Initially, things were working perfectly fine. For a while now, I noticed that my feet were moving at the bottommost portion of the machine meant to keep one’s feet stable. I disregarded it… I was still able to get my workout in and figured it was just my flip-flops. A few days ago, I learned that the machine had totally come apart (see attached photos). The foot support literally is hanging on by a thin thread of steel… like I was opening a can of corned beef. Quality control ought to be stripped of their credentials. You know, I feel some kind of way about paying decent money for things that don’t last. There is absolutely no reason why this should break. God knows how long it’s been broken… just my naïve mind disregarded it for probably a whole year. Smh. I actually bought another one for a family member… I turned around and took it back from them a few days ago. I’ll just wait for that one to peel itself apart like this one. Being that I still got a great workout from this machine, I was tempted to give it 2 stars, but man, no. I was impressed enough originally and paid for 2? Cut them 2 stars in half; 1 out of 1 star. Reader, beware. Do your research, and go elsewhere… take your time and look at some of the other 1 and 2 star reviews. I had my fill of doing such today. =( We paid our hard-earned dollars for this thing and deserve much better. I hope this helps you in making your purchase. Have a great day! Z.

Bought this for my mom in 2022 and even though it's 2036 she wanted me to write a review about how it is an amazing machine that helps with her arthritis and stretching and muscles. She's in her 60s and I'm in my 30s and we both find it to be a great use for exercising and stretching. 10/10 and it's held up a long time so far. No signs of wear.

Cet Appareil sent la solidité. Il est très stable et tout à fait adapté pour ma taille (187cm) et à mon poids(86kg). Il se très plie facilement. Les roulettes permettent de le déplacer facilement et prend relativement peu de place. Le montage est assez simple et tous les outils nécessaires sont inclus. Un bon achat.

Excellent quality product!!! Very sturdy and well made. Beautiful aesthetically I’m 6’3” tall(205 lbs) and it feels very comfortable(pads are very thick and comfy) Highly recommended

Nice and stable, foldable, maybe better for a female body because of the proximity of the pads (men would like more space in between) - but I am a woman and I'm happy with it. Works surprisingly well for dips. During the assembly I had to grab a better tool from my partners toolbox to be able to reach the bolt hold, but otherwise it's straightforward!
