Good for a home baker
I bake at home almost every day, from a variety of different cookbooks. What I like about this loose gelatin powder is that it's not divided into predetermined packets. Perfect for someone who varies their gelatin usage frequently.

Sprinkle in ROOM TEMP water and whisk
Makes perfect jello jigglers! 2tsp. Per large box Jello + 2c. Water in saucepan. Whisk constantly over high heat until starts to froth. No thick bottom layer because all gelatin is melted. Cool before fridge.PS: IF ADDED TO HOT WATER, WILL CLUMPLIKE GLUE.

taste awful it was watery
did not like de quality if it says unflavored why taste as meat and my jello came out watery and I did not get a refund unfair!

Only 4 OZS. Very expensive for the size
Be aware that this is really expensive given it's 1/4 the size of most other items sold on Amazon which sells by the pound. Also it's true that when you open it it'll make a mess because it is not zipped. Make sure to shake it down and zip it before opening. Other than that it does the trick. If you want to test it out before buying a big item I guess this works but I will be buying a larger portion item which is cheaper per oz.
