Its solid color very thin at bottom

Yes there is a plug for drainage !!

Q: Would this planter work well with aloes?

I don't see why not. I have a large jade plant in mine and it's doing great. This planter doesn't come with a drainage tray, though. I already had one that fit.

Q: Can u drill any additional drain holes?

I'm not entirely certain but I don't think it really needs them. My review of this product includes a picture of my jade plant. It's been in there a month now and is thriving.

New pot

Super cheap but really nice pot. It looks great in person and holds my new little donkeys tail succulent I just got. The drainage hole works well. Super light weight.

It's okay

What's to say? It is a plastic bowl and looks like the picture except for the gold base. It has a gold ring on the bottom but you can't see it as well as it shows in the photo.

Very cheap looking

I should have looked at the Amazon WARNING: "Frequently Returned Item". It was on sale for $7.99. I wouldn't pay $2.00 for it! It is tiny, has a hole in the bottom for drainage, which is good, but no bottom. I should have read ALL about it first. The "copper" color looks like orange paint. It's not even worth returning. Very cheap looking.
