I needed a hammerdrill with 6 no drill bit. Normal drill will not work on concrete ceilings. If ceiling height is 12 feet, appropriate ladder is needed. Most installers do not have hammerdrill. It will be great if amazon provides installation personnel even at a cost. Otherwise product is great.

Amazing product in this price range. It fited perfectly in my gallery of 7 feet. Operation is also perfectly smooth after the installation. We have been using it since 3 months now and have and seen any problem yet. Good product if you can fitted by yourself at home.
