First time trying this, and notice I have an easier time getting through the day the following day that I drank it. Since it has L-Tryptophan I drink it at night because it makes me tired. Great product, dissolves and mixes easily, flavor is a bit much for the amount of water it says to mix it in.

I bought this after needing a more affordable option over another product I was using.This one actually has higher doses of EAA’s and includes the major AA’s that I couldn’t find in other fitness supplements and BCAA/ EAA supplements.I got the unflavored to throw into my protein shakes and it truly is unflavored. I will say however I tried it just with juice and it had a slightly funky aftertaste and smell. Nothing bad just not ideal, so I personally recommend a smoothie or protein shake. It mixes well, and doesn’t leave clumps (both blended and with a shaker bottle).I definitely notice a difference after my training sessions when I don’t take it, more soreness and longer recovery than when I take it.I take this almost everyday so I appreciate the affordable price. However it would be nice to have a bigger option

This product is great quality and flavor. For me I used one scoop in almost 24oz of water and it was still too sweet. I will be using a half scoop. Otherwise, I’m happy with the price and quality and amount of aminos in this product,

Just received my order the other day ,trying this product EEA POG flavor for first time . I've been using protein and amino acid product for over 2 decades. 1st taste is great n price is good also.the instructions call for 8 to 16 oz of water .I used 16 oz n 4 cubes of ice and the flavor was strong . But still tasted good so I added 2 more oz of water n 4 more cubes of ice .still taste good not watery with a very slight after taste. Look forward to buy again if they don't hike up the price!!.

I I’ve the floor of this. Although it doesn’t have all the necessary hydrating elements, I mix this with the electrolyte form this same brand and mix’s very well. The electrolyte has a more citrus flavor so this fruit punch compliments it he flavor and health benefits. Love it. Making ski shoes in the summer is my fav healthier alternative than an icey.

The Nutricost EAA Powder offers a solid blend of essential amino acids, but its mixability leaves much to be desired.🧪 Mixing IssuesNo matter how vigorously I shake or stir, the powder doesn't fully dissolve in water. It tends to clump and settle at the bottom, requiring constant agitation to consume.💧 Taste and TextureThe fruit punch flavor is acceptable, but the gritty texture from undissolved particles detracts from the overall experience.⚖️ Overall ImpressionWhile the amino acid profile is commendable, the poor solubility makes it inconvenient for regular use. If you're particular about texture and ease of mixing, this might not be the best choice.

The "unflavored" version needs an asterisk next to it since it does have a strong, sour to slightly salty flavor, which very well may be the natural taste of these EAAs, but it is nevertheless a flavor and you will definitely taste it. I know I do and I put it in a big, homemade gainer shake. Just putting it out here so people are aware before buying, it’s still definitely the "whole foods" play, but don’t expect it to be tasteless.
