Fantastic product! We purchased in April 2020 and absolutely love it! Great quality and cooks very evenly. We clean it after each use and no rust at all on the cooking grates. We had a little rust show up on the burners and royal gourmet was super quick to send out replacements! Great customer service!!! Excellent choice if you love cooking for large groups!! This is the only grill I will ever purchase and the only company I will ever purchase one from!! 10 stars!!!!

Love my new grill! fast shipping,well packaged and no damage. easy to assemble. do a great job to cook many different foods at the same time. I would highly recommend this awesome grill to everyone.Last week I use this grill for my son's party, we grilled some stuffed veggies,chicken,sausages,shrimp,steak,and fish, and it turned out wonderful! cooking on this grill was fun and easy. Since it's a gas grill I suggest you keep an eye on your food because it cooks so fast, but the end result were well worth it. Of course, Kids enjoyed the food.Overall,the grill had great quality,durability and was also affordable.

It was very simple to put together, I live the size of it. It does the job well. Only problem I’m having is the grill/grates are Alittle too small in the middle and have fallen in a few times. Also one of the grates Came in bent so food falls in if I put it near that grate. Otherwise it is nice for the price

Good value for the price. It puts out more heat than our old one (which cost over $1,000) but it does take longer to heat up. Probably because it doesn't have a top lid. While it's not quite as sturdy as the old one, it appears to be well made. It was purchased for a school kitchen to do occasional cookouts and the two times we've used it so far, we can put out food for 150+ quickly and easily (just need to start warming it up 20-30 minutes ahead of time).

Easy assembly and a nice big cooking area for us to have lunches for my staff of 70 people. I will say it gets very hot and I needed to use a lower temperature setting than I'm used to on a gas grill. There is no lid so you have to figure out a way to do things like ribs or tri-tip that usually need a low temp over time in a closed grill. You should also get a cover since no lid means anything that gets near it ends up in the grill. That said, the product itself is excellent for the price.

Love this grill. It was easy to assemble and works great! Only thing is that it is a little 'heavy', but works like a charm.

Avoid this brand if you want any kind of customer service. I purchased this gill in late Sept 2019. I used it 4 times before the pandemic hit. The grill was under an overhang and covered from March 2020 until Dec 2020. When we uncovered it, it was rusted out. I attempted to get replacement parts, but as a previous reviewer stated, you can only order generic parts. I found that the lip that holds the flame tamers had rusted out on one side of the grill, so I contacted Royal Gourmet and asked if an exception to their "1 yr warranty." This is there reply - "I'm sorry to say that more and more,even more frequently our products were being used during pandemic So there is no reason for us to extend the warranty."So according to Royal Gourmet, I was supposed to host 50-100 people during the pandemic to get my money's worth. I will NOT be purchasing this brand ever again.

I like that the assembly was easy but the directions were a little vague about how some things went together plus some of the parts were kinda miss labeled and it took longer to assemble
