it is a good keyboard it is hard, black and bold. all keys works fine. and multi design light is good but the static light is useful for 99 % times. it is value for money. good hardware. lets see if it is going to survive next 4 to 5 years or not. overall all good product and may be more than excepted.

I bought the Ant Esports MK3400 Pro V3 Mechanical Keyboard 8 months ago, thinking it would be a reliable budget choice. The keyboard itself worked fine for a while, but after 6months some keys stopped working and I had to file a warranty claim. That’s where the nightmare started: 1. Slow Warranty Process – After registering, pickup was done suddenly within hours (no proper SMS/email confirmation, just a call from courier). Took days before they even confirmed receipt. 2. No Communication – Emails often went unanswered for 5–10 days. When they did reply, it was just one-liners like “Dear Team, resolve this” without actually fixing anything. 3. Replacement Issues – After nearly 2 weeks, I finally got a replacement, but: - The braided cable was downgraded to a normal one. - The USB to Type-C adapter I returned with the original unit was missing. - Even after I followed up multiple times, their team kept passing the mail around internally, but no resolution. 4. Customer Service is a Joke – Instead of addressing the issue, they just keep cc’ing me while forwarding internally. Zero ownership. It’s been a more than a month of back-and-forth for a ₹1199 keyboard. Absolutely not worth the time and stress. If this is how Ant Esports handles warranty, I would seriously advise others to stay away. Buy from brands with reliable support instead. Other than above - - Switches feels decent but unusually stiff and spring back harshly, which becomes uncomfortable during longer use. - The keyboard also suffers from noticeable latency at times, making fast typing and gaming feel unresponsive. - 25 ani-ghosting keys is a myth. Before replacement, I could use max 7keystrokes simultaneously. After replacement little better but not even close to 25. - Not hot swappable but welded.

There's no issue with the keyboard, its brilliant and fantastic but there is no USB to type C OTG adapter included in the box. Even the text which says about the included OTG adapter was covered with a black tape. This wasn't expected.
