Will these stick to a window and then be able to be removed mess free and be reused?

These are extremely sticky and hard to even peel them off the scenes they come with. I bought them for an upcoming airplane trip. Good thing I tried them out before he stuck them to the window on the plane!

Will this stick to graduation caps for preschool?

It would require some sort of glue to stay on the graduation cap or any other fabric because it would fall off without glue.

Can the stickers be cleaned if they get fuzz or other items stuck to them?
