The trash can is the perfect size to fit behind the console. By allowing a little slack in the attachment cord it can sit directly on the floor. It looks great and should hold a lot of trash. I like the heavy duty construction and the fact that it stands upright once the inserts are installed. Love the black color as it matches the black console. It’s made to be leakproof but I may put a small bag in it to minimize cleaning. Overall I would say it’s a good product at a nice price. Glad I bought it! :-) :-)

I drive kids all over, including long Boy Scout trips. Car trash can be a real drag, as kids will drop wrappers (with leftover candy), kick bottles under the seats, and otherwise leave a mess. At the same time, whose car really has room for a garbage can? The seat-back ones are just in-your-face and ugly if you actually have adults in the back seat. This little can works really well. It's small enough and located well enough to be out of the way and look nice and professional even when you have colleagues or adults in your back seat, and functional even with a kid in the middle seat. Its attachment mechanism is simple but works quite well. The slotted deposit hole is a little bit awkward reaching back into from the driver's seat since it takes a bit of a "push" to shove things in, but is still functional and totally beats the usual routine of shoving things in the console until you can throw them out. The inner bag is quite heavy-duty and waterproof, so it's usable without liner bags and cleans up easily even if you get a gooey mess (though if gooey messes are your life the 2-gallon liner bags are a good addition). I use the side pockets to hold phone charging cables for back seat passengers that are plugged into the USB connectors behind the bin.

The overall product is good. However, the way it hooks into your car, it can be difficult to dump it because your center console presses it down in. It did help my car stay cleaner and holds a good amount of trash

I've had this for a couple of months now and can say it is a great product. many pockets and spaces to put things and keep them organized. I fill it with a box of tissues, hand wipes, a small flashlight, small bags of nuts, and water bottle or cup. nothing tips out! it also has narrow pockets better suited to paper items where I stuff all my receipts and in one of the larger have maps from local park trails. I previously had an organizer that sat on the seat with a strap around the seat to hold it in place. It was prone to tipping forward and was a nuisance to remove when I had a passenger. In contrast, this lovely product can just be swung around to the back of the seat meaning also super easy to swing it back around later. Very happy with this purchase.

I looked at a lot of the vehicle trash containers on Amazon, but I liked this one primarily for the cord used to attach to seat backs or the console rather than a strap. I figured a wide strap would be quite a bit more difficult to deal with than the cord. I also really liked the lid/flap with the flexible trash hole (I'm not sure if that's a real term or not, but you get the idea.) That it was taller than wide was something I wanted as well. The only possibly fiddly parts are the braces you put on the sides of the container. It did take some effort, but they fit just fine. That being said, the seller/company gives you directions for putting them on in the item description, the package the container comes in, and in the follow up customer service email, so I certainly can't say they didn't make the effort to let you know how to do it. I figure that the only reason that they aren't in place before shipping is that the package would be much bigger, and a couple of minutes of my time is certainly worth that. Regular grocery store bags fit just fine, and even without them, the container is very nicely lined. The side pockets are great as well to hold spare bags on one side, and one of those cupholder-sized tissue containers on the other. It's nice enough that I almost feel badly about using it as a trash can!

This is very well designed. It is easy to install, and very easy to use - it's great to simply push garbage through the hole in the top. BUT the plastic lid has been treated with some kind of strong unnatural smelling fragrance which is too smelly for my family. We have taken it out of the car and are hoping it will wear off soon. I am very disappointed because in every other way it works nicely. It would get 5 stars, but for the smell. About how you attach it to the console: I recommend you read the directions carefully - it makes all the difference. You are NOT supposed to put the cord around the console itself, but around the hinge that attaches the console lid to the console base. I found when I did this, it really held well. I put all the extra cord in the console. Good luck!!

My wife and I love this trash can. It has helped us keep our car clean, for the most part since we have started using it. It has adequate capacity for the amount of trash we currently produce at the age our daughter is and the external storage pockets have a great capacity as well. It has been very easy for both of us to use, from both front seats. It has been easy for us to remove from the center console when we have filled it up, and after removing it from the center console it has been easy it has been easy for us to open it to dump the contents into a trash bag. The waterproof lining has been a great feature for us as well especially when we have thrown away to go cups and energy drink cans. This trash can has provided us a tremendous benefit to keeping our car clean and we consider it a great value that we would recommend to others!

Strong and compact, while fitting alot of rubbish in. Love the top access, allowing easy discarding of rubbish while on the road. We use a small biodegradable rubbish bag inside it, which makes it super easy to empty.

Love it! I got one for myself and my bf. It’s really helping keeping our cars clean we now have a place to put our trash . I highly recommend it if you just bought a new car. It’s so not going to leak it’s really durable. I love the pickets I’m the side for tissues and sanitizer. With the pull straps and the console I’ve had to adjust it because it gets a little loose and sinks further down but that’s not a big issue it’s pretty small. I feel like I got a good quality trash bin that will last me

I drive a Peugeot 207 and it’s a little disappointing that I can’t set up the bin in the centre of the backseat but otherwise it’s a brilliant product. It’s easy to clean, sturdy and good quality.
