Chewable Tablet

I have tried so many things to help my child sleep — bath salts, sprays, magnesium, and other natural remedies — and nothing really worked. This is the first product that actually made a noticeable difference, very effective with clean and safe ingredients. Within about 30 minutes, he is asleep and stays asleep through the night. The grape flavor is also great and easy for kids to take. I even tried one myself to see the taste, and it honestly tastes really good. I would give this 100 stars if I could. Definitely a lifesaver for bedtime in our house. The only con is that i can’t hive it to my 2 years old since its for 3+ But i cant wait to give it to him too next year

I mainly use these on those nights when one of my kids is having a hard time falling asleep and it’s already getting late\. The grape flavor makes them easy to take since they just chew the tablet without needing water\. For us, they’ve been a convenient option to have on hand when bedtime isn’t going as planned\. I don’t use them every night, but they’ve become something I keep around for those occasional nights when they really struggle to settle down\.

Got these to try with my 5 year old girl who will take hours to fall asleep at bed time. Like we put her down for bed at 6:00 and she’s still up at 10:00 because “she’s not tired”! These work quick, she’s yawning in 10 minutes and gone to bed in 20 minutes and she sleeps through the night! She did complain of a headache the first morning after taking these but was fine the other mornings.

My kid is one of those that gets more hyped up the more tired he gets. This makes travel especially hard, as he can not calm his body to sleep. This stuff works like magic. With our pediatrician’s blessing, we use this on the first few nights of travel to help adjust to new surroundings. My kid is an extremely picky eater, but will happily take these. My over active hyped-up but tired little guy goes to sleepy-as-expected little guy in 25 minutes flat. While we would not use these daily, they are an absolute lifesaver when we travel.

This really works for our 3-year-old! She’s full of energy, and bedtime can be a challenge. Since starting this, she actually settles down easier and falls asleep on time. She enjoys the taste, and we haven’t had any issues with her stomach. The quality is great! It doesn’t have a weird smell and feels gentle and effective. Definitely recommend for other parents with little ones who struggle to wind down!

Our 14 month old has had sleep issues at night ever since he was about 5 or 6 months. We tried everything including sleep training, keeping sleep logs, trying to get his naps consistent, using a heating pad in the crib, etc., etc., etc. Nothing has worked and he got to the point where we could put him to sleep on our bed at about 8pm and he would wake up every 15-20 minutes until 11pm or midnight. We couldn't enjoy OUR lives as he needed near 18 hour a day attention. Our last pediatrician recommended 1mg melatonin tablets. One review mentioned they are very strong and even a quarter of a pill can knock out an adult. I used that as a measuring point and started with half a pill and it definitely helps. We give him the pill and a bottle of milk and within 10 minutes he is completely drowsy and ready for sleep. He still wakes up 2-3 times until we go in the room and co-sleep with him around 11pm but it has made life MUCH easier. That said, I am not comfortable giving him a full 1mg. You can see an OBVIOUS change when he takes the pill and I don't even like giving him .5mg but at this point we have no other ideas. I feel like I am drugging my child to sleep which I am not comfortable with. I will add that during the day he is a much happier toddler, likely because he is getting much better sleep at night which makes me think that overall it is helping him. BUT, it is a dangerous slope. Your body can become dependent on it and .5mg becomes 1mg which becomes 2mg, etc. So, we plan on weaning him off of it slowly to see what happens. It's NOT a solution but a bandaid. From what we've read there is not enough long-term studies regarding children. We've also read that in parts of Europe you need a prescription to get Melatonin. Take that for whatever it's worth. If you're in a pinch go ahead and try it. Do not look at it as a long-term strategy unless prescribed by a doctor and even then I would get a second opinion. It will most likely help your child get to sleep but if they have other issues preventing them from a good nights sleep it is not going to work forever. You will end up gradually upping the dose until it is no longer "healthy". We just hope to get over this hump until he learns how to better soothe himself to sleep.

These were very helpful to get my child back on track before school starts . 3 days of use and he is back on his 830 bedtime without needing this extra assistance !

These are amazing! As an adult I take 1 and about 30-45 minutes later I am sleepy and am sleeping through the night. I have used them about 3 times over the last week. Highly recommend for adults who want a lower dosage to avoid feeling drowsy the next morning. My only complaint is the flavor is a bit sour.

1 mg is overdose to my 3 and half year old boy, I gave him 1/4 tablet, now he didn't show any reactions, he went to sleep in half an hour, after few days I am giving half tablet, it's really working on him he is talking long sleep. So please start with the little dose
