I had rotator cuff surgery and the sling I went home with works good but puts pressure on my neck. So on long days my neck is killing me. I bought this one and it works great and no strap against my neck. So I use this one when I'm out all day at work or just out of my house for the day. It takes time to get it adjusted. So have someone help with the final adjustments to get it perfectly adjusted.

Since there is no other place for a negative review of the delivery process, unfortunately it is here. Delivery is via USPS as the last step. lay at the local USPS for 2 days before delivery. Terrible.Sling is comfortable but very complex to figure out. Have patience and time!

This was my 2nd surgery same arm/issue. The 1st time we used the typical neck/arm sling and I was miserable in my neck. I found this sling for my 2nd surgery. I really liked the concept because it didn't involve my neck.The reviews almost made me change my mind. I'm glad I bought it. The reviews of breaking the shoulder strap is crap. You have to adjust the shoulder piece under arm pit as close to your arm as possible then the proper distribution of pull is even. If you don't adjust and the rotating hinges are below breast and/or shoulder blade-- it will break!Proper adjustment is key!This is an EXCELLENT sling I have been wearing since December 2024 and will have to wear until March of 2025. I hope I never have to buy again. HahaI HIGHLY recommend this sling!

I bought this based upon the recommendation of a friend that had one and I’m sorry that I did. Although the sling itself is well constructed the shoulder ring is awful !! The shoulder ring is too ‘flimsy’ and too narrow. The velcro strap attach patches are too big for the narrow shoulder ring and extend over the edges of the shoulder ring and stick to your clothes and anything else they touch and scratch you and shred your clothing. The shoulder ring needs to be much wider and made out of the same heavy duty material that the straps are made of. If you choose to buy this sling I suggest getting a few turtleneck shirts and possibly a lambs wool pad that you see people put on seatbelts in cars !!!

This sling is 100% more comfortable than one that hangs around your neck! I have lived in a sling for over 2 months and the neck strap version is insanely uncomfortable. Highly recommend this design!

I purchased this product 1 week prior to my surgery, just to get a feel for the type of sling, and the quality. This sling and its bulster work great. It is very supportive, the waist belt helped prevent my shoulder and arm from moving in bed when your needing sleep. Rotator cuff s¨rgery sucks, butt throw in a torn deltoid, and biceps, and it’s a recipe for pain. Get this if your looking for help and support in your recovery;
