I was thrilled to find a B vitamin complex from a reliable company that didn't have mega doses of the B vitamins. These are easy to swallow with no side effects. The price is reasonable. At first I didn't know if I was going to stay with them because I felt pretty juiced every morning after taking. That may be from not having had adequate B intake for a while, I don't know. Finally, a company is offering a B-complex product that doesn't contain 50 to 200 times the amount of B vitamins a perron actually needs. I was taking a product that was so overloaded with B vitamins my body could no longer get rid of what it couldn't absorb, and that was the smallest amount I was able to find at the time. Vitamin B works well only when you take all of its forms together--hence the importance of a "complex." Has the USP notation which means that it has been tested by FDA to have the right ingredients. We need the FDA!
