Right up front, if you are expecting a good source for your resupply of british-style allsorts, these are not it!I've been looking for a consistent supplier of allsorts in the style of maynard/bassets or gustof's and I have spent a lot of money being disappointed by getting really old, dry and stale stock. I thought these may have been the trick, but no!The fondant topping/filling is plain sugar or fruit flavored but the texture is off. There is NO coconut (so, if that's what you're looking for, go for it!)The licorice itself is soft and slightly chewy. The plain licorice nuggets are really quite good! But the rest of it was not the best, especially if you're expecting allsorts!

Went in the trash. Chemical flavor. Barely licorice taste. No aniseed oil, which is an important part of licorice flavor. Cannot detect the molasses. Lots of corn any dye content. Freaky bright colors; unnecessary. No coconut ones! Like getting white chocolate when you want dark chocolate. Sure it is fluffy and fresh, but lots of sugar, field corn and wheat without good licorice flavor. At least it doesn’t include the weird gumdrop pieces, coated with sugar balls, cuz serious licorice lovers throw those away. Made in Minnesota, not Australia.

These candies have a great texture and taste, but they don’t taste like licorice at all. They’re very fruity, which was a bummer because I wanted licorice.

The licorice taste is not very strong, and it's almost... Greasy? Like twizzlers. Not my favorite but not terrible
