An eccentric neighbor of mine, who used to work at a pet salon, recommended this brand to me - according to him, it's a fairly trusted brand that many pet grooming businesses use. And while I wouldn't call him the most reliable source, I can at least thank him for this recommendation. This is great stuff, and because it's a concentrate, I'm quite happy with the value as well. This small bottle goes a very long way, I've barely made a dent in it after several at-home washes of my 50lb double layer coated dog. You mix it with water, which creates a bubbly lather that's easy to massage into the fur - and maybe this is confirmation bias, but my dog seems less irritated when we use this stuff on her versus standard shampoos. She certainly whines less! As for the smell, my goodness! I think my neighbor might be right about this being an industry standard, because this is the only pet cleaning product I've used that makes my dog smell as good as she smells after coming home from the groomer. A very fruity, pleasantly mild scent that lasts for a surprisingly long time. It smells better than some human shampoos, seriously! It makes my dog smell great and gives her fur a nice clean sheen as well. Extremely impressed with this stuff, very rarely do I feel loyal to specific products but I don't think I'll ever buy any other dog shampoo again, this is by far the best one I've used.

Best shampoo ever!!! Comes concentrated will last a long time. Dogs are so soft and smell amazing after their bath.

This is a fantabulous conditioning shampoo. The smell is heavenly. It really doesmake their coats so silky. You don’t have to use it full strength as it is dilutable so this will last you for a while.. I use this on all of of my granddogs and my goddog. I would recommend buying the matching fragrance spray as well.

OK, if you ever use this shampoo on your dogs, you will never use anything else. I got my first bottle from a friend of mine whose dog passed away and I have been using this ever since. I purchased this bottle here for a friend of mine that just adopted a new dog. Yes, it seems pricey however it doesn't take much so the bottle size lasts awhile. It lathers well and conditions the skin and hair. I have a Havanese so her hair gets long and its also curly. So it makes her hair easy to comb through when drying her. No tangles!!! yayyyy. The biggest thing I love about this shampoo IS ITS SMELL. OMG, SHE SMELLS SO GOOD FOR DAYS AFTER. This has been the only doggie shampoo I have used for a while now. I use to try all different kinds till I was given this. The seal was taped before putting in a box so it came to me perfectly. I did worry about it leaking but it was all good. Go ahead, splurge, I promise you will love it esp after your fur baby dries. I just want to eat my fur baby up she smells so good. Just remember, it doesn't take much so don't over use it.

I had no clue a shampoo could make such a big difference on dogs hair! I was skeptical of the price at first - but I would literally pay double the price after seeing how amazing it works! When I diluted the shampoo - I thought, there is absolutely NO WAY POSSIBLE will even suds up, no less clean my dog. IT DOES!!! 24:1!!!! I am still in shock. So that actually makes this shampoo CHEAPER than the junk you can buy at Walmart! It is VERY THING when youre putting it on your dog, and hard to keep from losing alot of it. But it's diluted enough that it literally makes no difference when you lose that little bit! My cockapoo has always had such a horrible smell. I was losing my mind trying to find something that made her smell good. Even after a bath she would just smell like a wet dirty dog. After WEEKS of searching soooo many different shampoos - I decided to try this one. For starters I was extremely skeptical when I diluted it. But OMGGGGGG. I am NOT EXAGGERATING at all. My poor stinky girl smelled sooooo good!!!!! Even better than when she comes home from the groomer! Even after being groomed, with in 2 days - she stunk AGAIN. This shampoo makes her smell soooo fresh and clean for WEEKS! There are not even words to explain the difference of her smell with and with out this!! Especially for it to keep her smelling so clean for so long! I was having to bathe her ATLEAST every 2-3 days (I know VERY unhealthy) but I had no choice. Since I started using this, she can literally THREE WEEKS before being bathed again. That may not sound like much, but for me - it's literally a game changer!!! Her hair is so much more manageable. It is soooo soft, fluffy, smooth and doesn't even mat up! Anyone with a cockapoo - knows that's incredible! I do have to add that I am NOT a professional groomer. So there may very well be better shampoos out there. But I cant imagine it's even possible for one to work better than this! I have tried more dog shampoos over the years than id like to say. None came close to comparing to this!

This was east to work into my dog’s very thick coat. I did end up adjusting the suggested ratio and putting more product to the water. I also liked the way it left my dog smelling after ~completely~ dried. I appreciated the bottle coming in plastic wrap because it did have a small spill but it wasn’t a big deal. The only solution I could think of is adding a secure plastic wrap to the top.

Non-drying and leaves coat very fluffy and soft. Will last a long time, since it is a concentrate. Scent is light and nice. Lathers pretty well but not too much. My dog is white and it makes her look very clean and bright.

The stuff when diluted is super runny but does lather. I am not convinced it is “better” than anything else out there but with how much you get and the fact it is concentrated makes it a phenomenal deal.

Thanks to this shampoo my pom has very soft fur, smells so good and stays for a few days.

Für meinen Hund (Havaneser, weiß-beiges mittellanges Fell, keine Unterwolle) das beste Shampoo. Habe nun bereits über die letzten Jahre mehrere Shampoos und Conditioner für meinen Havi getestet, von den günstigen Versionen bis zu teuren Versionen im Tierbedarfsladen über große Marken im Online-Shop. Aber dieses hier ist und bleibt das Beste: Der Duft ist super, hält Lange und ist dabei wenig aufdringlich und natürlich das Wichtigste: Meinen Hund stört er nicht. Bei anderen Shampoos brauche ich neben Shampoo auch Conditioner oder Detangling Sprays. Hier ist das überhaupt nicht nötig und einmal schamponieren und kurz einwirken lassen reicht völlig aus. Das Fell ist danach schön weich, lässt sich super kämmen/bürsten und verknotet nicht. Es glänzt und auch die Haut meines Hundes trocknet nicht aus. Meine Schwester hat sich das Shampoo auch für ihre Franz. Bulldogge gekauft und ebenfalls mehrere Monate im Einsatz. Auch für Haut/Fell vom Frenchie ist es super geeignet. Die große Flasche reicht ewig, vor allem wenn man das Produkt wie empfohlen mit Wasser mischt. Ist jetzt meine 2 Flasche und die erste hat über ein Jahr gehalten bei sehr regelmäßigem Waschen.
