Never really paid attention to the material our sheets were made of until we thought to give these a try. We could tell the difference right away! Much softer and more comfortable. Then I checked the tags on our old sheets to see they were a cotton/poly mix and remembered that we bought them on sale at a department store. You get what you pay for. Going to order a second set and then probably buy more as gifts. Definitely worth buying! Great service too!

Here on Puerto Rico, it’s difficult to find good-quality all-cotton sheet sets at a reasonable price. And even more difficult when you want them in black, which is my preferred color.I ordered this set of Mayfair Linen in queen size. Amazon delivered them reasonably promptly, though not as fast as it usually does in the United States. They came well packed and folded up in a clear plastic zippered pouch.I was very pleased that the dye was consistent on all four pieces. This is a particular problem when one orders black sheets, since slightly different shades and sheens of black seem to stand out more than subtle differences in other colors. There were some tiny pieces of different colored thread clinging to the sheets. This is not unusual in my experience, but it shows up more on black. They rinsed off easily when I washed them.The sheets are comfortable and look great. One particular pet peeve of mine is when manufacturers use coarse synthetic thread to sew the hems on sheets and pillowcases. Mayfair doesn’t do that, so there were no little prickly areas to bother me.These sheets would be objectively very good at any price, but when I consider how reasonable these were, it bumps the set up into the excellent category. Sleep well!

We could never find a fitted sheet that could fit our 12 inch high mattress. It was annoying because we constantly had to keep putting the sheet back on. In researching fitted sheets on Amazon, we had not idea that deep fitting sheets even existed...and this one surely delivers! The burgundy color is as vibrant as shown in the picture and the 500 thread count feels better than anything we've purchased before.

I ordered this product for my son and another brand with "500 thread Egyptian Cotton" cost $75 for myself. I thought the 500 thread sheet set would be better in quality since it is much more expensive than this Mayfair sheet. I was wrong... I received the shipment yesterday, both items came in one box. Mayfair's quality is much better than the pricy one and its super soft. Great value. I just ordered another one.

I am so happy with this purchase. I absolutely hate the feel of microfiber sheets and I have been searching for cotton sheets that were affordable!! Not as easy as it seems. But I came across these and thought I’d give them a try. We’ve slept on them several times now and they are SO soft, the color is beautiful, and they are durable. A lot of microfiber sheets feel SO thin and cheap. These cotton sheets are thick but also don’t make you too warm. I will definitely be buying more!

Great product. Much better quality than I expected. And the color... It's often hard to accurately choose colors online, but I took a chance on the sage, and I was totally happy with it. On top of that, it matched the bedding set that I had PERFECTLY -- like they were MADE for each other, but they weren't! So many happy surprises with this product!

These sheets are terrific! They fit but are not so overly tight that You have to use a shoehorn. They washed up just fine and are soft and comfortable but not slippery like cheap sheets. Wish there were 4 pillow cases but I would but these again. Good price and good product!

TERRIBLE sheets, don't waste your money!! Like previous reviews, no way these are Egyptian cotton. They feel awful. Furthermore, they didn't even fit on my bed. not even close. I'm sending them back without the plastic wrapping they came in, that's how terrible they are. Total scam.

These are good but that’s about it. I’m not over the moon with them. They fit well. The thread count seems decent. They are a deep black but do have some shine to them which I don’t like. They wrinkle up. So they are what they are.

We have ordered these sheets before and the quality has been lovely. We were excited to order them as a gift, but only the top sheet came rather than the whole sheet set! We were singing the praises of these sheets before but now we would not recommend them.

The navy blue is deep and hasn’t faded through four or five washings. I have better percale sheets sets than this one, but it’s not a bad set at all.
