Crest Whitestrips work great. I use them once a year. They cause teeth sensitivity every time I use them. Make sure your teeth have just the right amount of saliva - not too much but not dry either, for optimal sticking and use. I use my finger nail to press the strips into the spaces between my teeth. Your teeth will be noticeable whiter when completing the process.

The back of the box says to leave the strips on for an hour. The information above says to leave them on for 30 minutes. I read online to follow the directions on the box but if I had known it was 60 minutes, I think I would’ve looked for a different 3-D whitening kit. Is a very long time to wait. Also, it does not say the percentage of peroxide on the box and while trying to figure out how long they should really stay on, I realize higher levels of peroxide are not good for your teeth. But I have no idea what the level is in these in fact it even says it’s peroxide free and then it says the active ingredient is peroxide. So the information on this Amazon site is very confusing and inaccurate.

The light makes a huge difference my teeth are the whitest I have gotten them and I have used a bunch of different ones

I really like these white strips, but I don’t think that the blue light helps anymore than normal white strips

I took a photo on day 1 and on day 10, and you literally cannot tell the difference. I hope by finishing up the kit I'll be able to see a difference, but so far, nada.

There are so many different products out there, and I've tried everything. THIS PRODUCT WORKS!! I have sensitive teeth so I had to do them every other night, but that still worked perfectly! My teeth are so much brighter and I loved it so much I bought a set for my husband and another one for me! (I only needed to do it again months later bc I smoke. And yes, it worked on smokers teeth!) Most would be turned away due to price, but don't be! It'll be the last product you will have to buy and IT DOES WORK!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
