Zinc Orotate 60 mg 200 Tabs (Pack of 2)

I believe in this zinc because this has literally kept us cold and sniffle free for years. This imho is the best form for immunity.

This stuff is great. Within a week I started to see my acne reduce and I felt much healthier. It also had some positive sexual side effects and increased my libido quite a bit. Best form of zinc I've ever taken. Highly recommended and a great price too.

Hello, I have been taking this zinc for about a year and a half. In the last year I have been a caretaker for a cancer patient, evacuated from hurricanes driving an average o 20 miles per hour for hundreds of miles in bumber to bumper traffic with a pair of screaming cats ( in soft cases for pet transport) in the back seat. Travelled multiple times by airplane, gone through a divorce, suffered the deaths of people around me, and moved. On top of all this working two jobs full time. Stressfull year to say the least. My point is I have been taking this supplement the whole time usually on an empty stomach, usually followed by coffee shortly thereafter. I honestly beleive this supplement has permitted me to maintain good health throuhg all of this. There have certainly been times where I felt worn out, and exhausted, there were times when I felt I was coming down with a cold but no illness was able to take much of a hold. Side benifit for my fellow males out there. I have a girlfriend now and well lets just say there are definate improvements in relations and leave it at that. I have tried multiple forms of Zinc this is the best I have come across, highly recommended.

Best brand i have found period

AWESOME!! I could see results in a few days with faster memory recall. The more consistent I am taking this, the better the results. Its recommended no more than 4tabs per day. I take 2 in the morn & 2 with lunch. Some people avoid taking this evening/night because too much brain activity keeps them up at night. I also take sub-lingual Rosemary extract, these two supplements daily give me full brain function.

These are zinc. Not much to say about a vitamin. These are smaller than the other kind I use to take. I had a cold coming on. Not really sure if these and vitamin c helped or not. Nothing is a miracle but good healthy habits. I like these and do recommend at least trying them. So far they are my favorite zinc to take.
