This door is excellent quality and looks really nice on my new shed. Has a couple of dinks here and there but expected after shipment as it is so big and heavy.

This door was delivered in packaging that was undamaged and the door was well protected by the packaging. Initially, we were very happy with the door. It was exactly what we ordered and the smaller size was perfect for our space. The door came pre-hung so it was very easy to install. We were so happy that we were willing to overlook a small ding on the left-hand door because my husband would be able to repair it. Everything seemed great until we installed the lock set and closed the door. The bottom half of the right-hand door is warped so badly that it will not seal. We have tried to "train" the door to close properly by propping it closed with a 2 x 4, but that has made only a small improvement. We contacted Amazon to advise of the situation and we were told that Amazon can offer us a refund, but that when they try to request a replacement, National Door Company indicated that a replacement is not available. We are now in an incredible fix. If we send the door back to Amazon we will have a large hole in our outside wall until we can find a replacement of the same size, and hopefully price. All we need is a new right-hand door, but it does not appear that this is an option. It is a shame because this would have been a 5-star review if the door had arrived undamaged, or if we were able to receive a fix for the problem.Our hope is that someone from National Door Company will see this review and will reach out to us with a solution. The Amazon website for this door clearly states that the door is eligible for return, refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt and yet we are being told that National Door Company advised Amazon a replacement is not available.

Good quality and price is very good as well.

This door was stained up, the top had a big dent in it, it was all tweaked out of shape. Had to do a lot just to get it to fit and close properly It’s hard to see in the pictures but you could feel it.

Door is built to last.Shipping was extremely accurate and detailed down to the minute of delivery, but a month out.Installed just as easy.My only issue was putting in the deadbolt.The door latch went in, no issues in the pre drilled out hole.When the deadbolt was put in, when shut, the bolt would not go into the hole.So Adjustment time.There are 2 plastic plates that pop out and allow you to slide the latch holes up or down, both of them to where the deadbolt would easily go into the door.But there are not extra plates to put back in and if it slides up or down. So basically if you take out the fixed, plastic adjustable plates the latch holes drop to the bottom.SO I had no choice but to find the spot where I needed the deadbolt latch to where it needed to be at, cut the plastic snaps to the length I needed, and pop them back into place. I used white silicone to fill in the space.Not sure, about all that, the directions were very limited and didn't really mention or get into detail on that part.But my thought is: If you have pre drilled holes like 90% of the doors out there, then the common door locks and deadbolts should align right up with no issues.Not this door. Off by just about 1/4Maybe I missed something in the directions?OH, and the screws they had for the Deadbolt lock plate were too long.It was loose when I first opened the door, so I decided to screw it in.When I did that the plastic plate would pop out because the screws they used were too long, hit the inside metal plate and that forced the plastic housing to pop out. I couldn't figure it out.Why is this MFG door, set with door latch plates loose?Well since the new door lock setup had new plates and screws, I went with them, but they also use PLASTIC, yes PLASTIC for those screws to screw into.WTF? a steel door with black plastic screw holes for the door plates on both deadbolt and door latch.So needless to say, from the MFG it makes sense why it was shipped to me with the screws halfway out and not secured,, they were stripped and probably put together on a Friday at 4:59pmSO I AGAIN went to the silicone.. Caulk, It hides the flaws.Honestly if I wanted to kick this door in, I probably could. But I wont test it. It will break at that plastic latch area and not the tough steel hinges.I got this to replace my rotted out garage door area.It looks great and gets what I need done.And of course after I bought it the price goes down!! FML!

In addition to the four dents, the top piece of trim was missing.
