I was hesitant to see if this towel holder would work out. After using it for one year, I can now say it's a fantastic product. I have them in 2 bathrooms and on the kitchen counter. It is designed to stay in place, not knock over, is a good height, is weighted correctly, and cleans easily. I'm sure there are more pluses. Even my young grandchildren use it without it falling over! I would certainly recommend it. UPDATE review: Well, it's been almost 4 years, and this product is STILL perfect! Functions great, no rust - even though I use it in bathrooms and kitchen, looks good, the grandkids still haven't knocked it over. FANTASTIC PRODUCT! WOULD GIVE IT TEN STARS!

After first purchasing one of these that was HUGE and took over my whole bathroom counter in it's arm reach, I chose this one. Winner. It's still weighty and functional, but doesn't take such a HUGE footprint in it's arm reach and base. This was easy to assemble - just screw together a couple of pieces. It's stylish hook is functional and pretty. The finish is a brushed chrome/stainless look. Looks more expensive than it cost.

This product is very sturdy the base is very heavy. It looks nice with the nickel finish and it was very easy to assemble. The only issue with the one that I just got is that it had glue on the top of the base. I tried to get it off and as clean as possible, but it still has evidence of the spot that I cleaned it's a little discolored there now. I am keeping it only because it will sit in my personal bathroom and guests will not see it. I would have given it 5 stars if it were not for the glue on top of the base. I tried to upload pictures but couldn't do it

I appreciated the heavy weight of the base. This stand definitely will not tip over with normal use. It required a bit of assembly, which was done without any tools or effort. The angle of the arm can easily be adjusted to work best for your counter or vanity top. I am very pleased with this towel holder. I use it for a wash cloth, so it is definitely tall enough for that. It is not designed to hold a hand towel, and it would be too short. A fingertip towel would likely fit OK.

This towel holder is very delicate and beautiful, It has a heavy chassis, so it's very stable, It's very convenient to use. The after-sales service is also excellent, They are very patient and quick to respond. Worth buying and recommending again.

This item is quite heavy but very decorative.

It is really of terrible quality, especially for this price. There was either a scratch or irremoval glue mark on the base, and on the top, there were so many scratches that it looks so damaged or worse, used. I couldn’t believe that Amazon had sent such a product. Do not bother wasting your time buying this, even if you can get a full refund.
