Smell training is actively smelling scents from the Odor Prism. Everyday spend around 20 seconds on each scent and really concentrate on what you’re doing. Focus your thoughts on what it is you are trying to smell. Be as attentive as you can and really try to remember and recognize that smell. Relax, take a few breaths and move on to the next fragrance. Work through all four fragrances available in the kit every morning and night. It’s safe and anyone can do it!
