Worked out perfectly!
Our original piece had disconnected after realized the house was "hotter than usual", and we couldn't repair it. We were without a dryer for a few days but this worked and fit perfectly. Super easy to install! I would highly recommend it to anyone. A month later and it's still holding on great!

Easy
I couldn't find one local. Little expensive here on Amazon but since no-one had it in stock locally, I got it here. At no fault of the manufacturer of this item, it would not fit on the pipe going to the outside of my house because the contractors who built my house decided to use 4" sch 40 sewer pipe and a 4" 90. It finally occurred to me when changing my vent pipe from the dryer to the wall, that my pipe going out is sewer pipe, not a dryer vent. The pipe is thicker, thus a 4" dryer line, will not go over it. So I took the bottom of this 90 and put the bottom lip of the 90 inside the out going pipe and the sides and top were outside the pipe. It slid in like it was made for it. I taped it up with HVAC tape then put the clamp on. Works great.

Well made, can rotate if needed after clamping
I all most did buy this after seeing other reviews .It is a good one and not to tight for my Electrolux dryer it is snug comes with clamp.

Standard 4inch exhaust pipe does not fit
Fit is terrible purchased standard 4inch pipe could not get to fit . Three other people tried and could not get hose on it. Smashed the things with a hammer what a waste of money!!
