I love these energy chews. I take them on hikes and when traveling long distances, sometimes even to the movie theater. They're sweet, but not too sweet, and not heavy in the gut like energy bars. Easy to carry in a pocket or small bag. Also easy to open without scissors and without risk of wrecking your teeth.

These are a delicious emergency backup for me in my hiking bag. I was having hypoglycemic lows as a result of undiagnosed insulin resistance & glucose issues. I would be hiking for 5+ miles, and start having extreme hunger and Hands started shaking, feeling lightheaded, etc. I’ve learned through working with my doctor what is causing it, and aim to get plenty of protein and fat in me before I start exercising. But on the days where I’m not 100% on with my diet, and I realize that I am starting into a hypoglycemic low, these are in my emergency kit. They are tasty and delicious. My husband who does not have any issues with his glucose levels uses these on his long hikes on the Appalachian Trail. The added caffeine boost to some of the flavors are very welcome on the long days!

These are my favorite long run fuel! No sneaky artificial ingredients. No tummy aches. Just great quality fuel that tastes great! The sugar coating is a game changer both for the great taste and texture that makes me less likely to drop these while on the go, lol!

One pack was easily enough for me to finish a 30km+ run without breakfast. They are really like magic, these little candies. Avoids stomach issues and hunger goes away very fast.
