Inexpensive and look great

I really like this ring and wish I could give 5 stars, however after only 6 months the stone fell out. I take care of my jewelry and I don't do any work with my hands that would have damaged the ring, so it just fell out through everyday wear, which is really unacceptable.Seller was unwilling to replace ring, wouldn't send a new stone, and wouldn't put me in contact with the manufacturer to get a new stone either.At this point I may try to find a new stone and set it myself, but it's really disappointing that for what is a fairly inexpensive ring, the seller won't just replace it. They have notes that they guarantee their products and the satisfaction of their customers, but they don't stand up to that promise.
