I got this for my 3-year-old. It fits him perfectly. It is stretchy and silky, and just feels wonderful! It is tied with a ribbon that is sewn through the cloak. It is actually wide enough that an adult can wear it as a cape.

Cute little cape, perfect for a summer Hobbit party. Used for a hobbit costume for a ,7 year old and was a great fit.

I could probably have made this for my daughter but it was more convenient to buy it for her Sarah Sanderson Halloween costume. It was very cute however it’s very thin and some of the seams aren’t even or closed all of the way, but I think it’s due to the light velvet like material
