I really love this soak after a good workout. I also tweaked my back and it helps relax me.

We repurchase this over and over. It helps to relax after a long day. Dissolves thoroughly and the scent is not overwhelming like other brands. Highly recommend all from this brand.

I have tried various brands of Epsom salt in lavender and for the most part have been satisfied with the results. However, the Epsoak Sport Epsom salt took it to a whole new level.I wanted to try this particular brand because first and foremost it's a bit cheaper than others. For the value, I get more. After trying it the first time, I noticed how much better my ankle felt. For background purposes, I do have ankle issues. After soaking it in 20 minutes, a lot of the pain disappeared for awhile and it felt more flexible. The smell to me is pretty good. Do not feel it's too strong or anything like that. Leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. Highly recommend!Added bonus: IT COMES WITH A SCOOPING CUP. Say whaaaaaaaat???

LOVE this salt soak! I recently had surgery and needed to take baths as part of my recuperation - these epsom salts really worked for me and made it a more enjoyable experience (I'm generally not much of a bath person)! I love the smell of lavender, and this is a true essential oil lavender, not some fake perfume smell - they filled the air with a divine scent. Plus, this brand/item is much more reasonably priced than many similar items sold on Amazon that are geared towards new moms looking for some relief and relaxation (which is where I started my search). When I am back up and running, I look forward to trying these for their intended post-workout use. Highly recommend!

I got bucked off a young horse a few years back, I fractured my pelvis. I'm not a Spring Chick... what was I thinking??This stuff is wonderful! I have a hard time walking or doing anything physical and this stuff is a Godsend! While I'm soaking I do stretching excersizes and yoga. I can actually do them!! I feel like my core is getting stronger:).I highly recommend this if you've had any problems that makes you not be able to do anything that gives you pain and try excersizing in the soak. I'm here to tell you it's worked for me.I also like using plain or other scents too. Nice to change them up and make the bathroom smell good !!

I love this product and I HIGHLY recommend. While going to the gym and days I do squats or I'm on the treadmill, I love using this product late at night in a tub, or while soaking my feet. I had surgery on my foot years ago and it bothers me after the gym or long walks. I soak my feet and the Lavender smell combine with the salt make my feet feel great the next morning. After the gym soaking, late night in a tub is a very relaxing way to relieve your body and mind from stress. I listen to my meditation station and I can sleep well and feel great the next morning.
