Can u hook it up to ur iPhone ?

No, this RGB monitor light can not hook up to phone.

Does the RGB version come with. remote control? If not, can the remote control from the non RGB version be used?

The RGB light bar doesn't come with a remote. I don't believe that you can, as it doesn't have an IR (infa-red) sensor built in. The way the RGB works is with sound from your PC/ so while gaming or speaking into microphone, it goes through random colors. The main light is only white and can be dimmed. I hope this answers a lot of questions.
