this is a great find!
I originally bought this for leaning to can and ended up with a new pan for cooking! This pressure cooker is an "across-the-board" canner and cooker that have made some very happy people. I and quite impressed by the time it takes, the process and results... a win-win!

Great but will scratch your glass top
Be very careful with this on a glass top. They tell you on the instructions but you can't even turn it. Works good though. Lock is a lil tricky but works.
