Wow! This brand is amazing and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I bought the cleanser, serum and gel moisturizer. I noticed an immediate improvement in my skin. Know a little bit of each of the 3 go a long ways. 2 of the 3 say pea sized amount and I’ve found a little less than that is perfect. What stands out most for me is the effectiveness of each. I’m a 57 yr old female with decent but dry skin and a few fine lines below my eyes. My skin is now smoother, more plump and more evenly textured across my whole face and neck and the effects last! I wear very little make up and all of it goes on a lot smoother now. I strongly recommend this brand for those looking for a quick but economical skin care regimen.

For the past several months I've been using a Neogen cleanser that must have damaged my skin barrier, because after a while my skin became very dry and irritated, (won't lie, I think its due to the face I used one pump, when I should have only used a tiny bit of product.) In any case, I needed to completely revamp my skincare routine in order to fix my skin. Ended up ordering this because I heard it was a mild cleanser suited for sensitive types, and is also moisturizing. 3 months into using this, my skin has improved immensely, and has even gotten brighter. The peeling that has been plaguing my eyelids since winter stopped and healed itself, and my skin no longer itches or hurts when I touch it. Honestly it may be due to me being more conscious with my skincare routine and switching out serums and stuff that works together better; but I do think this cleanser was responsible for much of the overall improvement of my skin. I definitely recommend this product. P.S. I highly recommend using only a pea-sized amount. Not only will you save a lot of product, but a pea-sized drop is enough to lather your face with. That's one of the other major positive things about this cleanser.

I’ve been using this Hada Labo facial cleanser for a little over a week now, and overall it feels very comfortable on the skin. It’s very gentle and doesn’t cause any irritation, which I really appreciate. The cleanser doesn’t produce a lot of foam, but it spreads well and feels smooth when washing my face. It still does a good job of cleansing and leaves my skin feeling clean without being dry or tight. My only complaints are about the packaging and texture. The tube arrived with the seal slightly broken, which was disappointing. Also, the cleanser sometimes has a slightly clumpy texture, so I need to mix it with a bit of water in my hands before applying it evenly to my face. Overall, it’s a gentle and effective cleanser, but the packaging and consistency could be improved.

I like this product because a little goes a long way, it really is scentless, it's gentle, and it foams nicely. Perfect for face and a good clean feeling.

I deal with combination skin. Flaky forehead and cheeks, oily nose. This (combined with another wash) have softened my skin and lessened the oil. I am halfway through this bottle and will be buying another one due to the effectiveness.

The product itself is great, as hadalabo skincare always is. The problem is that the cleanser is so thick and dense inside that rather than extrude, squeezing the bottle results in the back end exploding open. Either a new bottle design or a much stronger glue on the bottles end is necessary. Very disappointing.

I have used this a little for a little over a year. I had purchased this in February 2018, second purchase was in July 2018. I’m almost done with my second one. I’ve been using it religiously. honestly, I’m not sure if it’s because of this cleanser or my other cleanser, but I have not been breaking out at all. I have dry acne prone skin and I have not broken out. It doesn’t help with acne scarring but i definitely haven’t broken out in over 6 months. This is the only product I own with hyaluronic acid. I believe it might be because of this so I will be purchasing a third time. One bottle lasts me a couple months with daily use. I use it twice-three times a day. Sometimes when I want to shave my little girl mustache I use it as a foam before shaving lmaoo. That’s my little secret I’m willing to share with you guys. It’s really nice. Edit: So ofcourse I bought yet another one! I’ve tried not using this cleanser and only sticking to tatcha products but nope.. broke out SO bad!! tatcha doesn’t help with acne. It helps with pores and stuff. I started using this again after not using it for two months and my skin started to get better again. I have to say that my acne is under control because of this cleanser. I need this in my skincare. I won’t ever stop using it again. I’ve gotten so much acne scarring when I broke out and I’m so tight. Glad this product exists to control my acne production.
