It doesn’t cool at all
I don’t recommend purchasing this medical cooler. When I plug it in, it doesn’t cool as expected. Instead of cooling, it actually heats up, which makes it unsafe and ineffective. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with this product and cannot recommend it

Lo único que recomiendo cuando se viaje con este minirefrigerador, es asegurarse de que, si el hotel tiene tarjetas llave que controlan toda la electricidad de la habitación, se pida en recepción o con el personal que labora en las habitaciones, la posibilidad de dejar la tarjeta puesta (con todas las luces apagadas), para que el aparato permanezca conectado.

Flight got cancelled and had already set up the thermos to use the refrigerator cap which was plugged into a power bank. After 24 hrs, the medication was still at the perfect temperature. It drained about the full charge of the power bank but had another power bank ready just in case.

I have been travelling in Italy for 3 months during 30 deg C plus hot weather & used the 72 hour insulin cooler to store 3 months of prescription glaucoma eye drops below 8 deg C. All good.
