Patch N Plug

I live on a Houseboat with a Concrete hull. Our neighbor had a crack in their hull, and it sealed while underwater so I bought this on their recommendation. Hopefully I'll never have to use it. But if I do, I'll put it to good use

This was not what was advertised, the way it was packaged (not sealed) I do NOT believe this was what was in the container.

Used to seal a foundation leak from the inside of the basement. Has worked great so far.

Won't know if it works until the heavy rains next winter. It set up and become unworkable about 3 minutes after initial setting. May be due to temp and humidity. WORK FAST!

Zypex is number 1 in my book. It plain just stops water in its tracks. I have a half of a pail if anyone needs it . Make me an offer 👍🏾

Good stuff. Did what they said it would do.

However, make sure you know what you're doing. Concrete work is like baking; only use the recommended ratios and don't improvise on the recipe. Xypex's customer service is fabulous, they've responded quickly to emails and have been an immense help in using their products to best effect as I fixed a few leaks in my basement. Leaks are gone, and this is much more reasonable in price than hiring someone. Note: This product is designed to deal with water (leaks/seeping/etc). While this product can be used to formulate a quick patch for cracks/openings that are not leaking water, you'll want to talk to Xypex beforehand to make sure you're using the correct mix/approach.
