Since I've just begun taking this supplement its difficult to make a solid statement that they help...I have hopes....I haven't had any unpleasant "side effects" i.e. those listed by some who take these. We'll see.

Alpha Lipoic Acid 600mg
My doctor recommended upping my dose, unfortunately it's very hard to find in the pharmacy at 600 mg. But once again Amazon to the rescue! Very satisfied with this product and would recommend to anyone that is in need of it.

It works great. Easy to swallow. The size is fine. Great energy. No aftertaste. Not to sure about pain relief.
